Cambodia Promotes Implementation of the Five-Point Consensus and Humanitarian Aid to Myanmar

Myanmar: Kung Phoak, Head of the Office of Special Envoy of the ASEAN Chair on Myanmar, led a delegation on a working visit to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar from 7-11 June 2022.

During the visit, he met with key Myanmar leaders, including Myanmar Foreign Minister Wunna Maung Lwin, Union Minister for International Cooperation, Ko Ko Hlaing, and other members of the Myanmar Task Force on Humanitarian Assistance.

The discussions focused on accelerating the implementation of the Five-Point Consensus and monitoring the progress of the framework adopted at the Consultative Meeting on ASEAN Humanitarian Assistance to Myanmar on 6 May 2022.
